'Carraig Catering provided the catering for the launch of the arnotts newly refurbished ground floor beauty hall in October 2009. It was a pleasure to work with Mary, Damien and Jennifer on the event - they created an innovative & delicious menu to suit the occasion and came up with some perfectly themed ice sculptures which added a wow factor to the evening! In advance of the event, they visited the location a few times to ensure that the service would flow throughout and were on hand at all times during the evening. Their team of servers was perfectly turned out and very attentive to our guests. We got lots of compliments during and after the event from guests on the super quality of our catering, so thanks to everyone at Carraig for helping to make our event a great success!'
